What are you going to do?

As Charter Coordinator, you are the linchpin that ensures charter capacity planning runs smoothly, efficiently and flawlessly. You take ownership, ensure clear communication and optimize resources so that collaboration, quality and results continuously improve. In this way, you deliver measurable impact and demonstrate where real operational strength comes from. You achieve this by focusing on the following tasks:

  • Acting as the link between departments, with clear communication towards teams, charters and stakeholders, with an eye for accuracy, quality and a well-balanced network.
  • Identifying issues and ensuring fast and efficient handling of claims.
  • Act as a connecting link between departments, with clear communication towards teams, charters and stakeholders.
  • Lead or support improvement and digitalization initiatives to make processes smarter, more efficient and more transparent.
  • Ensure accurate registration and reporting to support continuous improvement and transparency.

You will work from our head office in Roosendaal, where you will be part of an experienced and enthusiastic team.

Who are you?

We are looking for a customer-oriented and accurate professional with a passion for logistics and administration. You are independent, stress-resistant and have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Knowledge of logistics processes, including transport, distribution and purchasing processes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and WMS systems.
  • Speaks fluent English and preferably also Romanian or Bulgarian.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude; you can respond quickly to questions and complaints.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • A fixed-term employment contract (12 months) with the prospect of permanent employment;
  • You will be paid every four weeks;
